The range consists of two distinctive models: one dedicated to red wine, the other to white and rosé. This distinction optimises the tasting experience for each type of wine, taking into account their specific oenological characteristics. With its Syrah-dominant blend, complemented by Grenache and Mourvèdre, Le Cosmopolite organic red wine is a true symphony of flavours, where notes of raspberry, blackcurrant and a very pleasant freshness mingle together. Carefully matured on our estate, Le Cosmopolite embodies our commitment to quality and our passion for creating wines that inspire and delight even the most discerning palates. Alongside it, Le Magnifique stands as the very essence of our pursuit of excellence. This denser, more structured organic red wine reflects a clear ambition: to create a premium cuvée that exceeds expectations. With a meticulous blend of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre, Le Magnifique offers an unforgettable tasting experience, where spicy, chocolate and liquorice notes melt into an elegant tannic structure. It is a tribute to the power and elegance of Languedoc red wines, a cuvée that embodies the passion and expertise of our estate.
With its citrus and peach notes, this wine offers a refined taste experience, underlined by a slightly salty side that reflects the unique maritime influence of our terroir. As for our Languedoc rosé wine, L'Inattendu, it seduces with its freshness, offering a light and pleasant tasting, perfect to accompany moments of conviviality.
