A unique design by master glassmakers

Our wine glasses are the result of the expertise of master glassmakers, who have combined tradition and innovation to create exceptional pieces. Each glass, marked with the logo of our estate, is made of high-quality crystal, chosen for its clarity, strength and ability to reveal the most subtle nuances of wine.

The range consists of two atypical models: one dedicated to red wine, the other to white wine and rosé. This distinction makes it possible to optimize the tasting experience for each type of wine, taking into account their oenological specificities. The design of each glass has been thought to concentrate the aromas, thus offering an unrivaled olfactory and taste experience.

Our know-how

Our Aude wines reflect a sun-drenched terroir, where the vines sink their roots into rich and diverse soil, producing wines with complex and captivating aromas. As fervent advocates of sustainable farming methods, we produce organic wines that respect the delicate balance of our ecosystem, ensuring the purity and integrity of each bottle.

At Domaine Pilenium, we believe that wine tasting is an art that deserves the best. That is why we offer a range of original wine glasses, designed to enhance the aromas and flavors of our wines. Made from crystal by master glassmakers, our glasses have an atypical shape that enhances the tasting experience, whether for our organic red wine, our white wine or our Languedoc rosé wine. Each glass, adorned with our estate's logo, is an invitation to discover wine in a new light, by concentrating the aromas and avoiding warming the wine, for a tasting that engages all the senses.

Our commitment to the environment is at the heart of our philosophy. We practice respectful viticulture, in harmony with nature, to preserve the biodiversity of our terroir. This eco-responsible approach results in authentic wines, rich in natural aromas.

With its dominant Syrah, complemented by Grenache and Mourvèdre, the organic red wine Le Cosmopolite is a true symphony of flavors, where notes of raspberry, blackcurrant and a very pleasant freshness blend. Carefully raised on our estate, Le Cosmopolite embodies our commitment to quality and our passion for creating wines that inspire and delight the most discerning palates. Alongside it, Le Magnifique stands as the quintessence of our quest for excellence. This organic red wine, denser and more structured, reflects an ambition: to create a premium cuvée that transcends expectations. With a meticulous blend of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre, Le Magnifique offers an unforgettable taste experience, where spicy, chocolate and licorice notes blend into an elegant tannic structure. It is a tribute to the power and elegance of Languedoc red wine, a vintage which embodies the passion and know-how of our estate.

With its citrus and peach notes, this wine offers a refined taste experience, underlined by a slightly salty side that reflects the unique maritime influence of our terroir. As for our Languedoc rosé wine, L'Inattendu, it seduces with its freshness, offering a light and pleasant tasting, perfect to accompany moments of conviviality.
