Dispatch time
All orders are dispatched within 24 business hours after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays). You receive a confirmation email, followed by your parcel tracking information as soon as the carrier takes charge of it.
Delivery charges
Delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout, according to the destination and your order contents (number and size of bottles). The exact amount is displayed before final confirmation: no surprises after ordering.
Transit times
Once the parcel has been handed to the carrier, delivery time depends on the destination and the shipping method selected at checkout. Times are given as an indication and may vary during busy periods.

Receiving your parcel
Our wines are carefully packed with inserts suitable for transport. On receipt, please check the parcel’s condition in the delivery driver’s presence. In the event of damage or missing items, record precise reservations on the delivery note and contact us promptly via our contact form so we can find a solution.
