N°01 · OUR COMMITMENT

The living as our only method.

Here, organic isn’t a logo on the label: it’s the very way we tend the vines. Supporting the soil, respecting the rhythm of life, letting the Mediterranean sign every cuvée.

Ecocert certified

Certified organic farming FR-BIO-01: no herbicides or synthetic fertilisers.

Life at the core

We foster the natural balance of soil and vine — supporting rather than forcing.

Protected peninsula

A peninsula of around 800 ha in a protected natural area, of which we are the sole guardian.

Saline freshness

The spray of the Bages-Sigean lagoons gives our wines a recognisable marine tension.

N°02 · ORGANIC WINE, EXPLAINED

Organic isn’t a logo. It’s a discipline.

An organic wine starts with a vine grown without synthetic chemistry, then a vinification framed by a strict European standard, audited every year by an independent body.

Banned from our vines
  • Synthetic herbicides & pesticides
  • Nitrogen chemical fertilisers
  • GMOs
  • Irradiation of grapes
Favoured at the estate
  • The soil’s natural balance
  • Copper & sulphur in controlled doses
  • Cover crops & biodiversity
  • Working the soil, never chemistry
3 years of conversion are needed before a vine can claim the organic label. A deep commitment, not a trend.

N°03 · WHY IT CHANGES EVERYTHING

A living soil gives a living wine.

By removing synthetic chemistry, we bring the soil back to life: micro-organisms, roots that reach deeper, a more balanced vine. The grape arrives healthy at the cellar, and the terroir speaks unmasked.

N°04 · THE APPELLATION

A Corbières shaped by the sea.

The AOP Corbières, recognised in 1985, is one of the largest appellations of the Languedoc, in the south of the Aude. The Pla de l’Ille holds a rare place there: a peninsula open to the Bages-Sigean lagoons and the Mediterranean.

AOP? A Protected Designation of Origin guarantees the origin, the permitted grapes and a precise set of rules. A promise of place, not just of brand.

From vine to glass, every step aims at the same thing: preserving the fruit and the signature of the place.

N°10 · TWO THOUSAND YEARS

A land of winegrowers since Antiquity.

Built on a Roman settlement site — once a crossroads of the Elisyces’ wine trade — the estate carries on a two-thousand-year history. From ancient pottery to today’s gestures, the same quest: a wine rooted in its place.
