Le Cosmopolite 2023: fruit and suppleness
This organic red AOP Corbières blends 60% Syrah and 40% Grenache. Its tasting notes describe raspberry, blackcurrant, garrigue and white pepper, with a supple palate and rounded tannins. A choice for grilled dishes, roasted vegetables and Mediterranean cooking.

This organic red AOP Corbières blends 60% Syrah and 40% Mourvèdre. Dark fruit and spice meet a full, structured palate. Consider it with braised meat, herb-roasted lamb or other slow-cooked dishes.

This organic white AOP Corbières blends 80% Vermentino and 20% Bourboulenc. The 2023 tasting notes combine grapefruit and orange blossom with a lively first impression and a rounded palate. Suggested pairings include fish, oysters and langoustines.
Choose Le Délicat 2023 in 75 clLe Délicat 2024: a fuller white in magnum
This organic white AOP Corbières also blends 80% Vermentino and 20% Bourboulenc. The 2024 tasting notes describe citrus, yellow fruit and subtle vanilla. A 150 cl magnum holds the same volume as two 75 cl bottles. The blend is unchanged, but the vintage-specific tasting notes and awards must not be carried over from 2023.

This rosé AOP Corbières blends 70% Grenache and 30% Cinsault and comes in 150 cl magnums. Its freshness and red-fruit profile suit salads, fish and Mediterranean vegetables. The vineyards are in conversion to organic farming: the 2024 vintage is not certified organic.

Compare bottle size as well as bottle count. The 75 cl wines come individually or in sets of the same wine. A 150 cl magnum equals two 75 cl bottles by volume. The two Majestic 3 L jéroboams, each with a wooden box, are separate wine references, not a mixed selection.
Origin, grape varieties and organic status
AOP Corbières identifies an origin in the Aude, in the Languedoc of southern France. Rolle is another name for Vermentino; Bourboulenc is a different grape variety. Check organic status by vintage: the certified wines and L’Inattendu 2024 in conversion are not the same category.
