THE PILENIUM MANIFESTO
In Peyriac-de-Mer, at the heart of the maritime Corbières, our twenty hectares stretch across an 800-hectare protected peninsula — the plâ de l’Ille — of which Pilenium is the sole winegrower. Clay-limestone soils, sea spray and full southern exposure: every cuvée carries this saline imprint.
