SENSORY PROFILE
THE BLEND
Signs the structure and pepper — black fruit, violet: the spiced column that holds the ageing.
Brings wild depth — garrigue, noble leather: the dark breath that lengthens the finish.
Vinification · Gentle winemaking — letting the terroir speak
THE TERROIR
Le Magnifique finds its precision here: between lagoon, garrigue and limestone soils, where every element imprints the cuvée.
A rigorous selection of the estate’s finest plots, row by row, for this ceremonial cuvée.
SelectionDominant limestone and the nearby lagoon sign a saline thread that lengthens the finish.
Clay-limestoneExtended barrel ageing melts the tannins and reveals a silky texture, losing none of the energy.
Oak barrel
Le Magnifique crystallises the most precise the maritime terroir can give: minerality, tension and depth.
THE ART OF AGEING
Le Magnifique combines two ageings: the freshness of the tank and the nobility of oak, for a unique balance.
A portion of Le Magnifique is refined in French oak: it gains notes of vanilla, noble spices and cocoa and roundness, while the rest preserves the pepper, violet and black fruits of Syrah. The signature balance.
Aged in a stainless steel tank, Le Magnifique preserves the pepper, violet and black fruits of Syrah: a precise, vibrant palate, the most direct expression of the Corbières terroir.
Le Magnifique thus marries the freshness of the tank and the depth of oak: its signature balance.
